Exciting opportunity to be part of the Labcorp 2025 Global Internship Program as an **Intern in Process Mapping and Optimization **for our Flow Cytometry Technical Liaison team on our Geneva site

Duration: 5-6 months.

**About the Team**:
Labcorp in Geneva is a central laboratory service provider for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies that seek top-quality clinical trial laboratory services. Flow Cytometry is one of the eight specialties that are nested in our Geneva facilities with more than 60 employees in Geneva and about 150 worldwide. The Technical Liaison team are in the center of all the different teams that form the department and have interactions with all of these teams internally but also externally with different project management teams and clients. Most of the technical liaison processes have many different stakeholders involved, making these tasks quite complex.

**Internship Assignment Summary**:

- Map all the Flow Technical Liaison processes.
- Assess which steps could be performed in parallel as opposed to the current state where most of the processes are sequential and evaluate the risk of doing it so.
- Identify possible steps that are doubled and could be removed for the sake of efficiency.
- In order to be successful with all the above, the intern will have to interact with laboratory management, technical liaisons, scientists and different levels of project managers.

**Education/Qualifications/Skills**:

- You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
- Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership.
