During your full-time internship, you can expect: - Project-based work - Opportunities to build your network - Mentoring and job shadowing - Professional development workshops - Hands-on experience Get ready to start your career and make a real difference for patients around the world. **#FutureofLabcorp** **About the Team**: - Our Central Laboratory Services located in Geneva with 8 different laboratory testing departments process and analyze clinical samples collected form Europe, Africa and Middle East countries in the frame of clinical trials. **Internship Assignment Summary**: - To implement laboratory training and SOPs major changes record training tool in central laboratory services - Goal is to create, manage, maintain and update all the trainings documentation electronically and globally. - The tool will concern all laboratory technicians profiles and grades within Genomics laboratory and across all the locations. - The main project drivers are:. - Process improvement for the "On the job" and SOPs major changes trainings documentation, harmonization and sustainability - Compliance with CAP regulations - Reduction in audit findings - Reduction of paper handling, electronical 5S initiative, time and space savings **Education/Qualifications/Skills**: - You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party. - No scientific background required. - Proficiency in French and intermediate level in English. - Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting. - Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues. - Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership. **Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer**: As an EOE/AA employer, Labcorp strives for diversity and inclusion in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
