**IoT Digital Lead**:**

Working with Motion, you will be accountable for the evolution of the portfolio of digital offering for Large Motors and Generators Division in close cooperation with other Divisions in the Group. With your experience in the digital environment and digital offering creation your focus is on identifying and developing new digital value propositions, business opportunities and further developing the existing portfolio. You will be able to achieve profitable growth by increasing customer satisfaction through digital offering.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Understand customer drivers and digitalization needs for creating value
- Translate needs into a solution based business strategy
- Drive the alignment and implementation of the portfolio of digital offering
- Lead market intelligence analysis
- Capture outside market situation and opportunities
- Create business cases with clear earning models and set up aligned initiatives
- Act as speaking partner and ecosystem lead towards other Divisions and 3rd party companies

**Your background**:

- University degree (Bachelor/Master) and experience working in commercial roles, either in sales, marketing or product management in the industry
- Proven track record of change management/solution development in a large global organization
- Experience on digitalization and digital offering creation with focus on providing a superior user experience along the customer journey
- Experience in the industrial environment, exposure to CAPEX heavy long lasting machinery preferred
- Proven success with digital offering development in B2B environment
- Profound knowledge of B2B industry markets with multi channel approach
- High level understanding of digital environment
- Excellent communications skills in English (C1+)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear track record in driving and implementing new portfolios in the market
- Independent working style with passion to translate customer needs into concrete digital solutions and the drive to make this happen
- Intercultural experience and excellent networking skills in international environment
