**Project Leader for Embedded Systems**: Die vielseitige Position beinhaltet die Leitung von kleineren Embedded-Systems-Projekten (Elektronik und/oder Software), bei welchen Sie situativ das Team auch fachlich unterstützen, bis hin zu grossen inter
- disziplinären Systemprojekten, bei welchen Sie sich ausschliesslich auf die Projektleitung konzentrieren.

**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**
- Verantwortung für die Leitung der Projekte und erste Ansprechperson Ihrer Kunden aus dem industriellen Umfeld
- Definition der Anforderungen, Einbringen von Lösungsansätzen
- Konzeption und Entwicklung der Produkte und Lösungen von der Idee über die Entwicklung bis zum Launch der Nullserie
- Entwicklung von einzelnen Baugruppen oder ganzheitlichen Produkten mit dem Fokus auf Langlebigkeit, Robustheit und Nachhaltigkeit
- Fachliche Führung des interdisziplinären Teams, Führen und Fördern der Nachwuchstalente

Wir möchten eine Persönlichkeit mit fundierter technischer Ausbildung, relevanter Berufserfahrung sowie systematischer, strukturierter Denk
- und Vorgehensweise gewinnen.

**Ihr Profil**
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von technischen Projekten sowie methodischem Vorgehen bei der Entwicklung von Produkten und Lösungen
- Gutes technisches Verständnis, insbesondere im Bereich Elektronik und Software
- Gewohnt, mit Teams aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen erfolgreich zusammenzuarbeiten
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge einfach zu visualisieren
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
