**About ARTIDIS**

ARTIDIS AG is a clinical-stage health-tech start-up founded in Basel, Switzerland that has developed the first nanomechanical biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment optimization. The ARTIDIS nanotechnology platform integrates different types of clinical data into the ARTIDISNET digital platform, allowing physicians to significantly shorten the current diagnostic process and benefit both the patient and the healthcare system. ARTIDIS enables professionals to design personalized cancer treatment plans tailored to individual patients' needs and desired outcomes.

**Job **Description**

The Finance Manager is responsible for all Finance related processes at ARTIDIS, this includes Accounting, Controlling, Tax and Treasury.

**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Manage all accounting and payment processes in cooperation with an external partner
- Consolidate the budget and support the forecast cycles
- Prepare the financial reports for the Swiss HQ as well as the affiliated companies (US, Spain)
- Prepare management reports and establish controlling instruments for the departments
- Accounting experience in IFRS is a must; OR knowledge is a benefit
- Manage ad hoc requests and project work assigned by the CFO
- Deputy for the handling of procurement activities within the team (e.g. pro-forma invoices, delivery notes, PO handling)
- Experience in the implementation of a new ERP system within a SME or Start-up

**Qualifications**
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education in finance or accounting/controlling
- 7+ years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Solid understanding of financial processes, compliance and accounting principles; experience in setting up new standard processes is beneficial
- Good communication skills and the ability to support as a business partner
- Excellent analytical skills, results-oriented and used to a fast changing environment
- Project management experience is a must
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
