Sandoz is looking to recruit a Finance Manager.

The Finance Manager Sandoz AG is a key member of the local Finance team of Sandoz AG who will be collaborating closely with the Head of Finance on all local operational finance matters of the legal entity, providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the management team.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Financial governance and control related tasks: Month end close management and oversight of FSC month-end process; Statutory/tax year-end close and management of audit requests (internal/external) as well as leading continuous improvements of business processes and models.
- Execution of intercompany license agreements: Responsible for periodical calculation and analysis of intercompany (IC) royalties in line with IC agreements
- Execution of BD&L partnering deals: Responsible for proper execution of financial obligations derived from BD&L deals in coordination with BD&L, alliance management and commercial team.
- Finance partner for Sandoz AG management: As a trusted point of contact for Sandoz AG employees, you will provide expert guidance on a wide array of operational finance matters. Risk Management and Compliance Oversight: Take a lead role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives, driving cross-pollination of ideas and fostering a culture of innovation.

Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance and Accounting and/or Business MBA.
- 3+ years work experience in Financial Accounting in a multinational environment reporting as well as controlling; audit background desirable.
- Good understanding of SAP and/or ERP system working framework
- Excel Proficiency skills required; and experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage.
- Strong process management and organizational agility as well as project management and strong analytical skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to work through complex, unstructured problems.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken), German is a plus.
