Become part of the core team of a Web3 startup aiming to disrupt the Fashion industry using blockchain technology.

She/He is able to plan and execute effectively and thoroughly.

You will be the glue between the data, the business team and the technical team, ensuring that the brand can fully accomplish its potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops marketing strategies based on a deep understanding of market trends, market dynamics, customer currents and future needs considering the problems we are trying to solve.
- Collaborates with members of the development, business and sales team
- Creates brand coherent multi-platform marketing content together with the graphic team
- Defines focused market segments and personas
- Creates Engagement Strategy for early adopters, Growth Strategy, Retention strategy
- Uses platforms to define and report KPIs, optimizes retention strategies
- Manages social media, media, blogpost, influencers, including outreach and developing content around brand and business goals
- Assists in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and performs research and analysis to support those strategies
- Manages the entire proposal and presentation process - from inception to completion
- Build a strong knowledge of market intelligence including competitive intelligence and a searchable database
Qualifications:

- **Minimum 5 years of relevant Marketing experience**:

- Preferred leadership in previous successful blockchain project
- Strong interest in human behaviour and technology
- Ability to understand and convert complex ideas to simple marketing messages
- Analytical thinker and Problem Solver
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, highly organized and good team player
- Bonus - experience in a blockchain company
- Bonus - experience in e-commerce
- Bonus - experience in fashion and/or luxury industry
Conditions:

- Fully Remote, Flexible Part-Time.
- Company Located in Switzerland
- As part of the core team, the compensation for this role is done with project tokens at first and will progressively move to a fiat (CHF or USD) + token compensation.
