User Experience Designer

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Leverage user testing to make product improvements
- Coordinate with our front-end team and product design team.
Qualifications:
- Professional experience as a UX designer, UX researcher, and UI designer
- Experience with Figma and Adobe suite
- Experience in wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes
- Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript
- Portfolio of key projects delivered in past years, with deliverables, responsible and results achieved.
- Knowledge of German (at least B2)
Conditions:
- Fully Remote, Flexible Part-Time.
- Company Located in Switzerland
- As part of the core team, the compensation for this role is done with project tokens at first and will progressively move to a fiat (CHF or USD) + token compensation.

Part-time hours: 8-40 per week
**Salary**: From CHF8,000.00 per month
