**Your Role**:
As User Access Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are part of the Identity and Access Management team that supports and manages user accounts and IT permissions across our global organization.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, design and manage job-based roles and their permissions
- Analyze and manage segregation of duty rules
- Analyze and optimize existing Identity and Access Management processes to ensure compliance and data security

**Your Profile**:

- Higher education (university / FH) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- 2 years of practical experience in the field of Identity and Access Management
- Knowledge in banking business and Avaloq is an advantage
- Ability to weigh problems and set priorities as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
- Ability to work with various stakeholder
- Capability to work independently as well as ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus
