**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Calls are received directly by the Customer Service Team every month
- Help to find answers for our customers and offer them an optimal experience with our customer service
- The Customer Service Representative supports the achievement of the company's business goals and in particular customer satisfaction through an effective and efficient execution of the order-to-invoice process and returns management.
- Professional contact for customers (hospital, doctor's office, pharmacy, pharmaceutical distributors) in Switzerland and for the sales teams for questions about the order-to-invoice process and their timely response
- Processing of all customer orders including prioritization and timely delivery to the customer
- Receive, review and enter multi-channel customer orders for pharmaceutical and medical device products, marketing materials and samples
- Tracking of open orders (product availability, allocation, EDI and e-shop etc.)
- Coordination of logistics and emergency deliveries with external service partners
- Taking customer calls in English, German, French and Italian
- Inbound calls to record side effects relevant to patient safety and to process them according to the process
- Multi-channel invoicing on the contractually agreed date
- Complaints management from receipt to coordination of the solution, including returns management

**Requirements**:

- Commercial training, Business studies or similar studies
- Several years of experience in customer service, preferably in the health care industry
- Empathetic and friendly personality who stays calm even in the hustle and bustle combined with the ability to maintain focus even under rapidly changing situations and topics or under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of **German, English and French** (spoken and written), knowledge of Italian an advantage
