**Nach Vereinbarung suchen wir Sie als Groups and Event Reservation Coordinator (m/w/d)**

Das Mercure Zürich City Hotel bietet seinen Gästen neben 319 stilvollen Zimmern, eine grosszügige Wellness
- und Aussenterrasse für besondere Wohlfühlmomente. Ein Highlight des Hotels ist der liebevoll gestaltete Club, ausgezeichnet mit dem Swiss Location Award als eine der schönsten Locations in Zürich ausgezeichnet wurde. Ergänzt wird das Hotel durch modern ausgestattete Konferenzräume und unserm DELI Restaurant und der Bar.
- Bearbeitung und Betreuung aller Reservierungsvorgänge im Gruppenbereich (über 9 Zimmer)
- Zimmerverkauf anhand der Yield-Strategie und der Vorgaben des Unternehmens
- Teilnahme an Hausführungen, sowie Verkaufsaktionen
- Teilnahme an Forecast-, Function Sheet
- und Debitoren-Meetings
- Unterstützung bei der Meeting & Event Abteilung sowie bei der Individualreservierung (unter 9 Zimmer)
- Erledigung diverser weiterer administrativer Arbeiten, z.B. die Erstellung von Reports und Statistiken
- Du verfügst über einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Abschluss oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Vielseitige Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Sales (in der Hotellerie & Gastronomie)
- Du überzeugst durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Dein selbstständiges sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im MICE-Bereich
- Kontakt - und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
