**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Assist a team of Trust Officers with the day-to-day administration of their books of Companies and Trusts, and other ad hoc projects
- Enrich and maintain the database up to date
- Assist with the onboarding of new structures and/or termination of structures
- Draft documentation such as letters, payment instructions and resolutions
- Open bank accounts
- Transfer life insurance policies
- Liaise with JB Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners
- Participate to projects when required
- Various additional administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, distributing the mail, and answering the phone

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Experience in a banking environment. Experience in trust administration is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good communication skills
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible and organised person
- Proactive and service oriented
- Accustomed to working with a team and other cultural/language environments
- Willing to learn and team player
- Fluent in English. German would be an advantage
