Trust Administrator -Wealth Management/STEP/Viewpoint

Role:
We are currently seeking a Trust Administrator our client for changing-the-bank and running-the-bank responsibilities. As a Trust Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of trusts and ensuring that they comply with both the legal and financial obligations as well as supporting project endeavors to migrate companies to a new provider.

Main assignments:

- Organize transfer of companies to new providers
- Liase with Register Agents for the transfer of shareholders and directorships
- Repaper accounts in relation to transfer
- Maintain the database up to date
- Various additional administrative tasks to support Trust Officers in daily business

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Trust Administrator in a financial service or Wealth Manager
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and service oriented
- STEP qualified is a plus
- Experience with Viewpoint is a plus

**Language**:

- English fluency
- German is a plus
