**About you**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our high impact team as Risk Manager:

- Are you passionate about risk & regulatory, FinTech and RegTech?
- Do you have a curiosity for financial services/technology/cryptocurrencies/blockchain/ICOs?
- Are you passionate about finding solutions and inspiring others?
- Are you keen to work in a dynamic, fast-moving and interdisciplinary start-up?
- Do you have entrepreneurial thinking with a high level of responsibility in compliance with quality, delivery and cost targets?
- Are you a team player as well as able to work independently?

**What we offer**
- Working together with the Chief Risk Officer as well as senior leaders to further develop Sygnum’s risk management framework
- Driving the implementation of new risk models and tools for risk analysis and reporting
- Leadership of risk assessments, particularly with regards to new technology, services and products
- Building a highly collaborative and proactive risk function that is able to navigate the increasingly complex business and regulatory environment
- Fostering a culture of confident and informed risk-taking and strong risk governance through training and communication

**What you offer**
- University degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar field with a sound numerical background
- Deep understanding of digital assets, DeFi and related topics
- Professional experience in risk management & financial industry processes
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal in German & English
- Additional certification in the field of risk management (e.g., FRM) would be an added value
