En tant que Account Manager, votre rôle sera d'identifier et de convertir de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en partenariats durables, en vous concentrant sur l'expansion de notre base de clients dans le secteur hôtelier.

**Responsabilités**:

- Identifier activement de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires et convertir des prospects en clients fidèles.
- Développer des stratégies d'acquisition clients ciblées, en collaboration avec les équipes de marketing.
- Établir des relations initiales avec de potentiels clients et mener des négociations pour conclure des accords.
- Participer à des événements de networking et des conférences pour représenter HMGcom et accroître notre visibilité sur le marché.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de marketing pour aligner les efforts d'acquisition avec les campagnes publicitaires et promotionnelles en cours.

**Compétences requises**:

- Expérience dans l'acquisition de nouveaux comptes, de préférence dans l'industrie hôtelière ou une industrie connexe.
- Aptitudes en communication, persuasion et négociation.
- Proactivité et autonomie dans la gestion des processus de vente.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à atteindre des objectifs de vente.
- Maîtrise du français. La maîtrise d'autres langues serait un atout.

Type d'emploi : Temps de travail : 80-100%

Programmation:

- Repos le week-end
- Travail en journée

Types de primes et de gratifications:

- Commissions
