**Job Title**: Human Resources Contractor, PART-TIME (40% to 60%)

Our client’s Human Resources team is looking for a Human Resources Contractor to help support a variety of business transactions in connection with a cross-functional project.

The Human Resource contractor will engage with team members across the HR, Finance, Tax, and IT teams, supporting the global and local HR Business Partners in project work, employee contract matters, systems updates, and benefit processes and programs.

**Responsibilities Include, but not limited to**:
Support and program manager on the HR side, a cross-functional project, ensuring timely communication of programs and coordinated roll-out with the business.

Set up and manage governance (payroll, AHV) around legal entities and swiss benefit offering

Partner closely with the HR team and stakeholders to execute programs, processes, and practices.

Partner closely with the local HR Business Leader on the delivery and development of employee contracts.

Partner with process owners where appropriate to drive the project forward and ensure a field-ready perspective is embedded within program rollouts.

Research and prepare reports on areas of business relevance as needed.

Actively engage with employees and managers where appropriate, serving as a credible and capable HR resource.

**Qualifications**:
Program and/or Project Management experience

Analytical skills and ability to identify trends

Skilled at Business Partnership, Advising, & Consulting

Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in human resources or related work
- Strong understanding of Workday and other key HR systems and processes preferred

**Education**:

- An education or degree in Human Resources is required. Advanced degree preferred.

**Job Types**: 40-60%, Temporary / Staffing
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 21 per week

Pay: CHF75,000.00 - CHF85,000.00 per year
