- For our client based in Basel, we are looking for an experienced
- **Payroll and T&A Specialist **(Switzerland - Remote).**Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the T&A activities for a swiss population of around 950 FTEs
- Check the exceptions on a regular basis and inform Manager if errors should be corrected in Kronos before the payroll interface is running
- Responsible for the proper function of the interface to the payroll system
- Transfer the relevant data in a timely and correct manner
- Support the training exercises for the Line manager and Timekeeper
- Manage and verify time management system content ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal rules
- Guide the respective employees in collaboration with the Manager/TK and the HR department responsible for long-term absences
- Implementation of Workday Time Management
- Audit and review of timesheets for accuracy prior to payroll entry
- Follow up on missing/incomplete information
- Collect payroll, benefit information from various sources, and provide payroll instructions to our payroll provider
- Assist with ad hoc projects as necessary and perform any other job duties
**Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations end-to-end Payroll Processing
- Experience in Timekeeping and Attendance recording systems
- Experience of working in a matrix multinational environment
- Fluent in German and English with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using ADP for payroll processing and Workday time and absence a plus
