The site in Visp, Switzerland is growing and for our BioConjugates organization, we are currently looking for a MSAT BioConjugates Cleaning Expert (m/w/d) to support the MSAT Team for questions related to cleaning of production equipment. Lonza has a strong track record in the manufacturing of BioConjugates from early clinical to large scale commercial supplies. Our dedicated Protein Conjugation Plant facility (PCP) is recognized as a center of excellence for Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC) as well as other classes of BioConjugates. We are experiencing an increased demand in this area and as part of Lonza’s Ibex® Dedicate model, new BioConjugation suites will be built out within a pre-existing shell.

**What you'll do**:

- Part of the MSAT Team, fulfilling the tasks of a cleaning responsible chemist in daily business
- Collaborate with the responsible project team (bioprocess engineer, plant supervisor, engineering, QA, QC) and ensure continuous and conceptional process optimization related to cleaning procedures. This includes single-use as well as multi-purpose equipment for the production of different cancer therapeutics in the PCP (protein conjugation plant) and IBEX productions suites
- Editing of instructions and working documents (SOPs, MCRs) for cleaning processes
- Represent the MSAT cleaning team during audits and inspections by authorities and customers
- Support the project teams for preparation, documentation or processing of deviations as well as for technical questions related to cleaning procedures
- Execution of tasks in the GMP environment

**What we're looking for**:

- PhD or equivalent experience, MSc ,BSc chemistry/process technology/biotechnology from university of applied sciences, comparable qualification or HF with several years of professional experience
- Fluent in English required, German fluency is desired
- Experience in pharmaceutical production and GMP environment
- Solution-oriented working
- Strong communication skills, empathy as well as high motivation and assertiveness
- Great initiative and independent work
- Openness to continuous improvement process
