Der Standort Visp in der Schweiz wächst stetig und für unseren BioConjugates Betrieb suchen wir einen BMSAT Experte Bioconjugates 80 - 100% (M/F/d) zur Unterstützung des MSAT Teams für die Anlagenreinigung. Sie werden eine wichtige Rolle im Netzwerk und bei der Kommunikation der verschiedenen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätskontrolle spielen. **Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie sind Teil des MSAT Teams und erfüllen die Aufgaben eines reinigungsverantwortlichen Chemikers (m/w/d) im Tagesgeschäft
- Sie arbeiten mit dem verantwortlichen Projektteam (Betriebschemiker, Anlagemeister, Engineering, QA, QC) zusammen. Sie gewährleisten kontinuierliche und konzeptionelle Prozessoptimierungen bzgl. aller Reinigungsabläufe. Dies schliesst sowohl Single-Use
- als auch Multipurpose-Anlagen zur Herstellung verschiedener Krebstherapeutika im Betrieb PCP (Protein Conjugation Plant) und in unseren IBEX Suiten ein
- Bearbeitung der Vorschriften und Arbeitsdokumente (SOPs, MCRs) betreffend Reinigungsprozessen der Anlagen.
- Sie vertreten die reinigungsverantwortlichen Chemiker MSAT Team bei Audits und Inspektionen unserer Kunden oder der zuständigen Behörden
- Unterstützung der Projektteams bei der Vorbereitung, Dokumentation oder Bearbeitung von Abweichungen sowie bei fachlichen Fragen bezüglich Reinigungsabläufe
- Ausführen von Aufgaben im GMP Umfeld

**Ihr Anforderungsprofil**:

- PhD, MSc ,BSc Chemie/Verfahrenstechnik/Biotechnologie an Uni oder FH, vergleichbarer Abschluss oder HF mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrungen in der pharmazeutischen Produktion und im GMP Umfeld insbesondere bei Lonza sind wünschenswert
- Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie sowie hohe Motivation und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Grosse Eigeninitiative und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Offenheit für kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse
