**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:

- Festlegung der Wareneingangsprüfungen, IPC- Prüfungen und Endprüfungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf, Technology und Produktion
- Entscheidungsbefugnis für die Definition der Messverfahren und Prüfmerkmale. Festlegung der Prüfmerkmale in Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen
- Analysieren, Entwickeln und Spezifizieren von Prüf
- und Messprozessen
- Erstellen von Prüfplänen mittels CAQ- und SAP-System sowie von Lastenheften und Beurteilen von Pflichtenheften von Prüf
- und Messmitteln
- Qualifikation von Prüfmitteln (MSA): Festlegung der Methoden für die Bestimmung der Messsystemanalyse; & finaler Freigabe
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Prüf
- und Messprozesse in Entwicklungsprozessen
- Mithilfe beim Ausbau des CAQ-Systems und SAP Q-Moduls
- Erstellen von Arbeitsvorschriften für den Bereich Prüfplanung
- Entwicklung von Stand-alone-Prüfmethoden innerhalb der Produktion / IPC / WEP in Zusammenarbeit mit Technology, QC, Produktion und externen Anbietern (Koordination der Aktivitäten, Methodenauswahl, Methodenentwicklung, Lastenheft verfassen, Beschaffung der Prüfequipments, bereitgestellte Muster testen, MSA durchführen, Methodenvalidierung
- Die Umsetzung aller vorgegebenen Qualitäts
- und Dokumentationsanforderungen im Verantwortungsbereich sicherstellen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Diplom in technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Disziplinen, Einschlägig mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Projekten oder Tätigkeiten im Qualitätswesen
- Weiterbildungen in QA/QC, Messtechnik, Messsystemanalyse, Statistikausbildung, Projektleitung, Betriebswirtschaft
- Arbeiten innerhalb von Projekt
- und/oder Produktpflegeteams: Einbringung der eigenen Expertise über 1-3 Jahre; die Expertise/Arbeit ist geschätzt und anerkannt in diesen Teams
- Ausbildung/KnowHow-Aufbau zur Auslegung von Prüfprozessen (z.B. Stichprobennorm DIN ISO 2859-1, Verteilungsmodelle (Normal-, Binominal-, Misch-Verteilungen) mit Prozessbeurteilung Cp/Cpk, risikobasierter Ansatz, etc.). Der Fähigkeitsnachweis kann via täglicher Arbeiten in den Projekten oder via Ausbildungsbestätigungen zu internen / externen Schulungen erbracht werden
- Vollendung von mind. 2 produktunabhängigen, themenspezifischen Projekten zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse oder alternativ Übernahme von mindestens einer Prozesszuständigkeit im Prozesshaus für einzelne SP/AB’s inkl. der zugehörigen SU und Schulungen (Verantwortung für den Prozess wird wahrgenommen; Prozess wird weiterentwickelt)
- Proaktive Optimierung der Testkonzepte im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich oder durch Zuweisung durch den Vorgesetzten unter Berücksichtigung von alternativen Prüftechnologien
- Kommunikative, hilfsbereite und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse zwingend
