You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, efficient project execution, and continuous improvement across all phases of the project lifecycle.Project Manager Delivery Systems %Your main tasksIndependent management of projects in a technical environment, from planning through successful implementationInspiring and clear communication with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholdersDevelopment and continuous optimization of a modern and efficient project organizationCreation and maintenance of targeted project plans aligned with company objectives and customer requirementsCoordination and alignment of subprojects and associated resourcesProactive monitoring and control of schedules, costs, resources, and qualityRegular reporting on project progress to ensure transparency and support decision-makingYour profileAt least 5 years of experience managing technical projects, ideally in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, automotive, or plastics processing industriesTechnical degree (FH/ETH/TU or equivalent) in medical technology, microtechnology, mechanical engineering, or a related fieldFurther training in business administration and/or project management is an advantageOpen to new ideas and motivated to actively help drive changeExperience using tools such as Jira and Confluence is an advantageVery good written and spoken German (C1) and English (C1) skillsYour perspectiveWith us you will find interesting job content, promising development opportunities and attractive employment conditions.
