This role is a dual role, product owner of the Search & Object Framework team and agile coach of the domain Functional Frameworks.

The Search & Object Framework team is a small, dynamic team of Software Engineers and Business Analysts located in Switzerland and Germany. We follow an agile process, working closely with related teams to develop product features and provide support to our extensive global customer base.

The domain Functional Frameworks owns most of the fundamental frameworks for the product teams, but also has essential products such as the various digital workplaces necessary for banking.

**Your key tasks**
- As (technical) product owner_
- Drive the evolution of the Search products and the object framework
- Organize and facilitate workshops with customers and partners
- Prioritize team's backlog in alignment with Product Management
- Break down new features into Epics and User Stories for the development team
- As agile coach / domain scrum master_
- Support the teams in the domain with their agile processes
- give regular outside-in feedback to the teams to increase the effectiveness of their processes
- Support the product owners with stakeholder meetings
- Facilitate effective communication & collaboration between teams, domains, divisions
- Train the scrum/kanban teams

**Qualifications**
- University degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and present them to the development team
- Continuous improvement mindset and dedication to uncover better and more efficient ways of working
- Hands-on attitude with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**It would be a real bonus if you have**
- Knowledge in search technologies (Elasticsearch / OpenSearch)
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Git, Kubernetes, Docker
- Good knowledge and sound understanding of database technologies (SQL, Oracle PL/SQL)
