Hobson Prior are looking for a Clinical Study Manager to join a brilliant biopharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Basel. Our client is focused on helping ground-breaking foreign businesses to be recognised in Switzerland. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. **Key Responsibilities**: - Guarantee that knowledge of the patient´s medical need, current clinical landscape and operational feasibility by building relationships with investigators, study site personnel, External Service Providers (ESPs), other external parties and the company affiliates. - Ensure delivery of all clinical study activities in accordance to agreed timelines, budget and quality. - Manage the risks to critical data and processes and the implementation of appropriate risk control measures and ensure management and reporting of protocol deviations, suspected serious breaches and other GCP non-conformances. - Contribute to the development of processes and tools to continuously improve resource utilization and quality of clinical study activities and deliverables. **Key Skills**: - Great social skills with an outgoing and flexible attitude. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and have a "can do" attitude. - Demonstrate behaviours in accordance to the company's core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership. **Requirements**: - A University degree in Life/Health Sciences is required. - At least of 5 years' experience of planning, conducting and reporting multicenter, international clinical studies. - Extensive knowledge of all aspects of the clinical study process. - Experience of managing ESPs.
