Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Clinical Study Manager to join a fantastic biotech business on a contract basis located in Basel. Our client is focused on offering available advanced medicines for people who suffer from rare illnesses. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. **Key Responsibilities**: - For this position, you will be responsible for heading and operating the cross-functional clinical study team and oversee that the goals and tasks within the team are executed. - Guarantee awareness of the patient´s medical requirement, present clinical landscape and operational viability by building associations with investigators, study site personnel, External Service Providers (ESPs), any other external parties and company partners. - As the Clinical Study Manager, you will be accountable for warranting delivery of all clinical study activities in agreement to approved timelines, budget and quality. - You will contribute to the progression of processes and tools to constantly advance resource utilisation and quality of clinical study activities and deliverables. **Key Skills**: - For this role, you will have established aptitude to manage multi-disciplinary teams involving team building, ability to compromise and resolve conflicts. - You will have solid interpersonal skills with a communicative and flexible attitude. - Exceptional problem-solving skills with a "can do attitude". - Exhibit behaviours in line with the company's core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership**.** **Requirements**: - Educated to a university degree level within a Life/Health Sciences discipline. - At least 5 years of experience of preparing, performing and reporting multicenter, international clinical studies. - Wide-ranging familiarity with all attributes of the clinical study process. - Prior experience of handling ESPs.
