  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von nationalen und globalen klinischen Studien (Phase II–IV) in der Dermatologischen Poliklinik nach GCP-Guidelines; Erfahrung mit IITs von Vorteil
  • Erstellung von Studienprotokollen und zugehörigen Dokumenten in Absprache mit dem/der Principal Investigator
  • Koordinierung der Einreichungsverfahren bei Behörden und Ethikkommissionen (z. B. Ethikkommission, Swissmedic)
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Budgetkalkulationen für neue und laufende Studien, inklusive Rechnungsstellung an Sponsoren und CROs gemäss vertraglichen Vereinbarungen und Meilensteinen
  • Mitarbeit an der Überarbeitung und Erweiterung der SOPs

*Das bringen Sie mit*

  • Hochschulabschluss (BSc oder MSc) in Biologie, Biomedizin, Biochemie oder Pharmazie
  • 2–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Clinical Study Manager
  • Sorgfältiger, gewissenhafter und zielorientierter Arbeitsstil sowie ein hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein, zudem ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit zu proaktivem Handeln
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
