**My duties**
- Independent planning, conducting/performing and supervising laboratory experiments in the context of process development studies for plasma products
Implementation of Quality by Design (QbD), and writing and reviewing of protocols and reports for process development and manufacturing studies
- Scoping, planning and documentation of small-scale experiments using Design of Experiment (DoE) methodology

**My qualifications**
- Master's degree or higher as a scientist and a biotechnology/biochemistry background with an interest and willingness to work in the laboratory
- Good scientific writing skills in English
- Knowledge of late-stage process development (knowledge of QbD principles and experience in preparing dossiers for regulatory submissions)
- Knowledge in DoE (Design of Experiments) would be an advantage
