To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a **Scientist - Bioprocess Development (M/F/x) to start asap.** **ABOUT THE JOB**: - Play an important role in developing protein purification techniques and methods at lab and KiloLab scale, which are planned to be integrated into current or new production facilities in future. - Independent planning, performing, and evaluation of experiments - Write and review protocols and reports - Play an active role in the development and optimization of the manufacturing process - Perform routine maintenance and calibration on critical instrumentation **ABOUT YOU**: - University degree in a relevant field (Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Process Development) - Independent planning, conducting/performing and supervising laboratory experiments in the context of process development studies - Experience with purification processes (ÄKTA Systems and software) - Experience in or familiarity with Data Processing Software (e.g. JMP or R) - Experience in or familiarity with Quality by Design principles, including Design of Experiments (DoE) - Interest in lab work (approx. 60 % lab and 40 % office) - Highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills **WHAT WE OFFER**: - A permanent contract and innovative projects - An attractive remuneration policy - Personalized management and continuous learning to develop your career - Great team spirit and an integration within the "Tribe" **Job Type**: 100% Work Location: In person
