**Job Information**
For our Wealth Management team in Zurich, we are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy individual as Assistant Relationship Manager, who will be responsible for the following tasks:
Proactively and efficiently support the Relationship Managers in servicing our demanding clientele.
Taking over organizational and administrative tasks in terms of comprehensive office management (correspondence, documentation, agenda management, compliance tasks, etc.)
Independent preparation and follow-up of customer and acquisition appointments as well as collection of information
**Requirements**:
For this responsible position you bring the following profile:
- Completed banking training or basic commercial training with several years of practical experience in the private banking business
- Experience in servicing private banking clients and knowledge of Allocare would be an advantage
- Fluent in English and Italian. German and French advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Power Point
- Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML etc.) and knowledge of cross-border rules
- Committed, resilient and proactive personality with a high level of initiative, strong customer orientation and willingness to provide services as well as a high demand for quality and reliability
- Empathic personality with good manners and excellent communication skills
- Independent, precise and efficient way of working
- Languages: English, German and Italian
