**Your role**
- Are you a strategic, solution-oriented thinker? Do you have a solid risk background eventually combined with experience in managing complex and sensitive client relationships?
- We are looking for someone who can:
- manage an existing portfolio of clients in Eastern Europe in a diligent way with a strong focus on risk management
- keep accurate and up-to-date client documentation and information to meet regulatory requirements
- be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries, transaction processing, payments, etc.
- execute administrative tasks efficiently and carry out complex troubleshooting
- engage and work actively with specialists across the bank
- contribute to an effective risk culture by complying with all regulations, policies and standards

- You’ll be working in a Wealth Management Eastern Europe team in Zurich. With our combined efforts and a high personal responsibility, we create an amazing working environment, where trust, teamwork and open communication are of paramount importance.

**Your expertise**
- banking experience, preferably in a client-facing role
- solid education (apprenticeship, traineeship or alternatively a university degree)
- strong client account management skills are an asset
- interest in and understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks
- unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
- team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
- organized with great planning skills and efficient time management
- fluent in spoken and written English a must, Russian and German is an asset
