Tasks
- You help our customers in the lower-middle segment become successful with VSHN and build long-term customer satisfaction.
- You are the person in VSHN who knows the customers, their business, and their requirements.
- You organize regular surveys as well as meetings with clients to stay up to date and to identify new needs.
- You take on the account management responsibility to find out what the customers' goals are and how we can best support them.
- You are the voice of the customers, collecting questions and feedback in our insights tool for product management for the further development of our products.
- You support the Key Account Managers in looking after major customers.
- You have the opportunity to build up new key accounts and thus develop yourself further.
- One of your goals is to have successful and satisfied customers who stay with VSHN for as long as possible, grow with us, and recommend us to others.
**Requirements**:
- Be open to change - VSHN is in a state of flux and is constantly growing.
- Motivation, talent, and drive are more important to us than years of experience.
- You bring a high degree of personal responsibility and can handle a dynamic start-up environment.
- You are not satisfied with the status quo and want to improve every day.
- Ideally, you come from an IT/tech background and have experience in account management or customer support.
- Good German & English are a prerequisite (our internal communication is in English).
