Dans le cadre de l'accroissement de nos activités auprès de nos clients suisses et internationaix nous renforçons notre équipe Bid Management en ouvrant un poste de bid manager** **basé à Lausanne ou Genève.

***Responsabilités du poste**:
L'équipe Bid Management supporte le développement commercial de Sword en Suisse au travers de la réponse aux appels d’offres en étant garant de la tenue des délais et de la haute qualité des dossiers.

Votre rôle consiste a:
Traitement des appels d'offres
- Qualification des nouvelles demandes
- Analyse et communication des opportunités aux entités Sword concernées en Suisse ou dans les filiales
- Organisation des séances GO/NOGO
- Mobilisation des acteurs pour internes pour la constitution de la réponse
- Suivi d’avancement avec les équipe

Production d'une partie des contenus
- Organisation du dossier de réponse technique, commercial et administratif, coordination des rôles et des contributions
- Consolidation du dossier complet, revue qualité et soumission

Amélioration continue
- Mise à jour du contenu en support aux dossiers de réponse : présentation, gouvernance, méthodologie projet, profils, CV
- Maintenance du référentiel et de la base de connaissances historique sur share point online
- Mesure de la performance, identification des KPI et cockpit sous PowerBI
- Maintenance des catalogues de références et des templates
- Formation de niveau Master ou équivalent
- Expérience professionnelle entre 3 et 5 ans dans le secteur des services (première expérience réussie)
- Forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Bonne compétence rédactionnelle en français et en anglais, l'allemand est un plus.
- Dynamisme et autonomie
- Aisance avec les outils Office 365.
- Production soignée et attention aux détails,
- Vous travaillerez au sein d'une petite équipe qui rend compte à la direction de l'entreprise en Suisse et dans les filiales et bénéficierez d'une vue à 360° sur le fonctionnement de notre activité.
