Lead and manage SAP Quality Management (QM) implementations and enhancements in production and procurement

Provide business/process consulting expertise, focusing on Target Operating Model (TOM) and process design

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM solutions

Conduct thorough analysis and assessments to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives

Deliver comprehensive training and support to end-users and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality management

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

10+ years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) with a strong focus on manufacturing processes

Extensive S4 full lifecycle experience, from planning and design to implementation and support

Demonstrated experience in business/process consulting within manufacturing industry, specifically in TOM and process design

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams

Result-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results

Able to communicate confidently in French and English - any further languages (German or Italian in particular) would be an advantage
