**Your role**
- We’re looking for a Head of Strategic Stakeholder Management (SSM) within the Group Integration Office (GIO), reporting into Integration Officer 2 and ultimately the Group Integration Officer. Your role will be to:
- Provide internal and external stakeholders with clear, consistent and appropriate messaging regarding integration
- Support GIO and other Business Divisions and Group Functions with relevant and impactful content to help drive integration
- Act as a sparring partner to the GIO Integration Officers and leadership team, providing constructive view on how to best support the integration
- Investigate and resolve / improve transversal integration issues and processes; design, prioritize and align recommendations with key stakeholders. Including an integration risk grid provided to GEB, Board of Directors and regulators
- Own the development and alignment of key GEB member and senior management presentations to e.g. the Board of Directors or regulators
- Act as Secretary to the Integration Committee (a GEB level committee), the decision-making body with responsibility to oversee and manage the UBS and Credit Suisse integration program

**Your team**
- You’ll be based in Zurich and working in the Group Integration Office. You’ll be an integral part of the central integration team driving and accelerating the integration.

**Your expertise**
- 8+ years in the banking industry, with experience working with and for C-suite level stakeholders and external clients, including previous interaction with investors
- Experience balancing multiple priorities and tasks and orchestrating results across a diverse group of internal and external counterparts with sometimes conflicting views. Ability to deliver potentially difficult and rapidly developing messages to a senior audience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to actively engage with senior stakeholders independently and constructively
- In-depth knowledge of the Group including organizational structures and governance, and an understanding of post-merger integration programs including their early stage set-up. Experience in establishing new processes and frameworks from the ground-up
- High level of integrity, accountability and reliability and a key focus on risk culture acting in the best interest of the Group
- Experience and ability to deal with high pressure situations against tight deadlines whilst maintaining respect and professionalism
- Demonstrable examples of collaboration, giving advice and interacting at a senior level
- Capacity to keep the big picture / overview while keeping strong attention to important details
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and result driven way of working
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to manage direct reports and develop strong working relationships with other team leaders within GIO
- Understanding of and adherence to rules regarding confidential and strictly confidential information (including UPSI), and the ‘need-to-know’ principle
