Neben dem Restaurant und der Bar für private Dinner und exklusive Meetings bietet das Hotel 5 flexible Konferenz
- und Seminarräume auf 500 m² für geschäftliche Anlässe.
**Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, suchen wir dich ab**: Ab sofort als F&B Assistant und Controller (m/w/d).
Als F&B Assistant und Controller (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben u.a.
- Gastgeber und Repräsentant des Grandhotel Belvédère Davos
- Unterstützung am wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des F&B-Bereichs
- Stellvertretende operative Vertretung der Outlet Manager
- Sicherstellung und Optimierung effizienter, gästeorientierter Abläufe
- Führung, Motivation und Förderung des Teams
- Mitarbeit bei Forecasts, Budgets und F&B-Monatsabschlüssen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Events und F&B-Aktionen
- Pflege von Lieferantenkontakten
- Einhaltung von Mövenpick-, Accor
- und HACCP-Standards

Dein Profil mit dem du uns begeisterst
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie von Vorteil, idealerweise als Assistant F&B Manager, Deputy F&B Manager oder Junior F&B Manager (m/w/d)
- Souveränes Auftreten, Teamgeist und Belastbarkeit
- Gute Kenntnisse in EDV-Systemen (z. B. Opera) und MS Office
- Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

Idealerweise bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung als F&B Assistant und Controller (m/w/d) in der gehobenen Hotellerie.
