**Legal Counsel 40-60%**: This part-time position is based in our main office in Zurich Oerlikon.
**About us**:
We are a rapidly growing company and a leader in our segment. Having quadrupled in size over the last four years, we anticipate continued growth. Our fast-paced environment requires quick decision-making. We are currently seeking our first Legal Counsel to support our expanding organization, which encompasses 11 brands in Switzerland.

**What the job involves**:

- Report to the CFO with regular interaction with the C-suite, business leaders and the Board of Directors
- Upgrade key contracts (client agreements, general terms and conditions, supplier contracts, etc.)
- Revise and enhance employment contracts
- Manage lease contracts, including assignments
- Oversee intellectual property matters
- Draft policies and procedures to improve legal and compliance understanding
- Integrate newly acquired brands
- Handle corporate housekeeping tasks
- Collaborate with external legal counsel on matters related to corporate law, M&A, financing, tax, employment, etc.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Swiss law firm, with at least 4 years of total legal experience
- Swiss Law degree required; bar exam not necessary
- Broad legal knowledge (corporate law, M&A, employment law, etc.)
- Service-oriented with a human and humble approach
- Hands-on, self-starting mentality with a motivation to learn
- Commercial and pragmatic mindset (e.g., “this is how we can do it”)
- Results-driven and goal-oriented
- Fluency in English and German; additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, French) are a plus
