Unser Unternehmen entwickelt sich dynamisch weiter - und das gilt auch für unser HR-Team Zur **Ergänzung einer bestehenden 50%-HR-Stelle** suchen wir dich als zusätzliche Verstärkung. Gemeinsam bildet ihr ein starkes Duo, das sich die Woche effizient und kollegial aufteilt - **du arbeitest an den Tagen Montag, Mittwoch und/oder Freitag (40-60%)**.

**HR Professional (40-60%, m/w/d)**:
**Deine Aufgaben - gemeinsam stark im HR-Duo**
- Mitverantwortung für den gesamten Employee Lifecycle - von Eintritt bis Austritt
- Gestaltung eines positiven Onboardings und nachhaltiger Personalentwicklung
- Eigenständige Abwicklung des Rekrutierungsprozesses
- Mitgestaltung von Employer Branding und Social Recruiting Aktivitäten
- Betreuung von Aus
- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
- Mitarbeit an internen HR-Projekten sowie kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
- Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei personalbezogenen Fragestellungen
- Zusammenarbeit und direkter Austausch mit dem COO

- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR mitbringst, insbesondere im Recruiting & der operativen Betreuung
- eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit HR-Weiterbildung abgeschlossen hast
- kommunikationsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und Empathie mitbringst
- dich auf die Arbeit im Teilzeit-Tandem freust - mit klarem Fokus auf Teamwork
- sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse besitzt
- flexibel bist und in einem dynamischen Umfeld aufblühst
