**Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant**:
**Your Role**
As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant at GWF, you play a crucial role in transforming our business technology solutions in Dynamics 365. Join a team that leads Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives, shaping the future of digital practices in the flow control space and beyond.
- **Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate expertise in D365 functional areas, including Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales & Power Platform Apps
- Experience in setting and parametrizing D356 modules, showing a deeper understanding of their interdependencies from a functional process and also technical implementation perspective
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables, showcasing proficiency in system and functional testing
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, contributing to design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting phases
- Collaborate with operational teams to gather requirements, ensuring expectations align with deliverables
- Act as the interface between functional requirements and development initiatives, by owning functional specifications and being able to translate them into developer’s language
- Support the development team during design sessions, comprehending business problems, and implementing solutions through in-platform configuration
- Promote the understanding of D365 standard processes and help minimize technical debt while instilling best practices in the business processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a preference for a Master’s degree
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 certifications
- 5 to 8 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role, especially in a professional services/consulting firm
- Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and strong analytical acumen
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and adapt to changing environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English and German
