We're curently on the lookout for a experienced People Lead for our Cloud Native team, which collaborates with our customers in their organizational and technical transition to the Cloud Native world. We plan, build, and run critical cloud-based IT infrastructure based on our proven and standardized stack of tools for container plattforms, security measures, and CI/CD solutions.
Tasks
As a People Lead, you are responsible for guiding a remote-first customer service delivery team at Adfinis towards excellence, thereby contributing to the sustainable competitiveness, growth, and success of Adfinis.
Serving as an inspiring leader, you empower and motivate team members, encourage collaboration, and help each team member to develop and leverage their full potential. As an efficient manager you ensure each team member has the necessary resources and capabilities to successfully fulfill their assignments and responsibilities.
You'll regularly interact with various stakeholders such as other service delivery teams in Switzerland and abroad, executive management, sales, and customers, and need to skilfully balance their various interests.
**Your leadership tasks and duties will include**:
- Leading a remote-first team of 9-17 employees from Apprentice to Expert Level
- Promoting knowledge transfer, growth, and collaboration within the value stream
- Driving the execution of the company strategy in your value stream
- Ensuring a bidirectional flow of information with executive management
- Communicating and executing organizational change measures
**Your management tasks and duties will include**:
- Setting goals and objectives, monitoring progress, and tracking performance
- Planning, allocating, and optimizing team resources
- Conducting employee appraisals and performance reviews
- Planning and coordinating trainings and certifications
- Leading recruiting processes and makes hiring decision
- Managing the team budget (incl. wages and expenses)
- Coordinates absences, overtime, and holidays
**Requirements**:

You have a proven track record of leading a team of system engineers in an IT services company.
