**Your Role and Responsibilities**

As a Practice Leader for Cloud Services you will be responsible for driving and executing the overall business and people strategy of our fast growing move-to-cloud unit. In this role, you will establish long-term business relationships with customers by co-creating and co-designing their journey to cloud. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving company's growth.

**Your tasks in detail**:

- Developing the business of cloud implementation services
- Building a healthy pipeline of journey to cloud services
- Building a team of professionals and young talents to ramp up the delivery expertise
- Establishing the relationship and the collaboration with the hyperscalers
- Developing the business with new customers

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Good network with 2 or 3 hyperscalers at the business level
- Good understanding of the Journey to cloud methodologies and best practices
- Good knowledge of the cloud native solutions and architectures
- Business leader attitude (goal oriented, growth mindset, great communication skills, performance monitoring)
- Excellent communication and writing skills in German and English

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Azure and VMWare technologies
- Consultant background
