We are seeking a Head of Kubernetes Platforms with strong Product Owner and Kubernetes experience to realise the benefit from cloud-native technologies while ensuring stable, secure, compliant and cost-effective operations.

**What You Will Do**:

- lead the implementation and evolution of our Kubernetes platform strategy on-premise and in the public cloud
- collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage the roadmap and backlog of our OpenShift Container Platform based on customer needs and ensure stable and cost-effective service delivery
- lead the product team in close collaboration with the People Head to manage resources and foster people development in accordance with organizational goals
- as a professional leader and visionary with a strong technical understanding, shape the team culture and continuously evolve our agile way of working and represent the team towards customers and within projec

**What You Bring**:

- excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- the ability to express opinions openly, provide technical feedback (e.g., reviewing pull requests and system architecture documents) and ignite the fire in others.
- deep technical understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies, preferably RedHat OpenShift. General Knowledge in storage, networking, security and Linux infrastructure is a plus
- an open mindset, innovative ideas, willingness to continuously grow and support change
- fluent in English, German or Spanish is an advantage
