With their growth and focus on innovation and disruptive new products and approaches they are looking for a Clinical Development Manager to join their Global Team based in Geneva.
**You will be responsible for**:
- The scientific and clinical strategy of assigned clinical trials
- Taking leadership in the scientific monitoring and reporting of quality data
- Driving the end-to-end clinical projects from protocol concept to final study report delivery
- Inputting into Clinical strategy as well as being hands-on with clinical operations
- Provide clinical leadership, medical and scientific strategic input, and contributes to the development of trial-related documents
**What you will bring**:
- At least 5 years of experience being involved with clinical research and clinical trials
- At least 3 years of experience in contributing to and conducting clinical trials from planning to publishing
- A degree in life sciences/ healthcare (or clinically relevant degree) is required. PharmD or PhD strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of clinical trial design, statistics, and regulatory and clinical development processes
- Desire to work in a fast-growing global cross-functional team
