**Position Summary**
As a **E-Retail Intern**, you will be supporting strong Nestlé brands on their digital acceleration journey. In this position, you will act as a Key Account Manager and you will work together with the e-Retail Key Account Manager and different brand teams to ensure that we will have the perfect online presence at different e-Retailers.

**A Day in the Life of a E-Retail Intern**
- Client responsibilities, including tasks such as preparing sale stories, coordinating annual meetings, and conducting analysis
- Involvement in different projects to improve eRetail Sales & other KPIs with our customers as well as leading test & learn projects
- Supporting with the preparation of internal and customer presentations on different topics
- Analysis of online activities and promotions
- Close collaboration with internal teams (sales, marketing, data management,) - among others on the topic of eContent
- Responsible for launching innovations and renovations online
- Supporting different brand teams with article/data maintenance in systems (Links, Content Hub, )
- Ensuring good eContent quality and monitoring the implementation at the e-Retailers
- Monitoring different e-Retail relevant KPIs, identifying gaps and developing an action plan
- Market Analysis, benchmarking of the competition in Switzerland and other countries for best practices and trends
**What will make you successful**
- Fresh gradutate in Management, Marketing, Business Development or equivalent
- A first eCommerce experience would be an asset
- Project Management experience a plus
- Organized, process-oriented, strong attention to detail
- Result focus, customer focus, shopper understanding
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of Excel, Powerpoint and PowerBi
- Fluent in English and German. Good level of French
