**Position Summary**
Nestlé International Travel Retail Ltd. (NITR) located in Entre-deux-Villes, is a standalone operational unit from Nestlé, founded in 1999 and reporting to the Confectionery & Ice Cream SBU, dedicated to the Travel Retail channel. With the mission to profitably maximize the visibility and the sales of Nestlé strategic brands in Duty Free, NITR’s activities focus on meeting the needs of the duty-free shopper worldwide, mainly in airports but also in border stores, ferries, cruise ships and on-board certain airlines. NITR’s sells mainly confectionery (KitKat, Smarties, Nestlé Swiss, After Eight amongst others), but also Milks (Nido) and Coffee (Nescafé).
As a
**Channel Development Manager**, you will lead the commercial planning process and drive the alignment of brand and customer plans. In this role you will develop and drive the execution of best-in-class executional guidelines in top global locations, whilst enabling ROI optimization.

**A Day in the Life of a Channel Development Manager**
- Lead the Integrated Commercial Planning process for NITR.
- Develop the Picture of Success (executional guidelines) to optimize assortment, planograms & promo mechanics across channels/regions such as airports, locations & stores.
- Understand and plan optimal investment choices and drive the right allocation of resources
- Manage the Travel Retail Trade shows and different forums that NITR attends (e.g. Cannes, Singapore, among others) including stand development and logistics.
- Sustain ISO related process in sales.
**What will make you successful**
- Commercial experience centered in channel & category development
- Advanced knowledge of commercial account planning and execution (customer management)
- Proven track record of delivering results, and result-oriented
- Developed confectionery category knowledge and experience
- Developed understanding of best practices for in store execution
- Advanced Finance skills and trade spend management experience
- Experience and knowledge of Strategic Revenue Management
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Enhanced and developed inter-personal skills, with cross cultural experience
