**Stagiaire Pré-HEG chez Nestlé Suisse SA - Operation (Customer Supply Chain et Achats)**

**Descriptif des activités**:
**Amélioration et qualité des prestations**
- Analyse des indicateurs de performance Achats et prise d’action en fonction des résultats.
- Participation et intégration à nos réunion d'équipes Achats/Logistique hebdomadaires internes

**Collaboration sur des projets Achats/Logistique**:

- Apporter du support dans différents projets ou actions concernant les processus d’achat.
- Support administratif (Préparation de présentations PowerPoint, fichiers Excel ou questionnaires).
- Participation à des projets d’automatisation des flux d’informations logistiques

**Support opérationnel**:
**Pour les Achats**
- Mise à jour d’indicateur pour les acheteurs Stratégiques
- Support pour implémenter et suivre de projets
- Gestion du matériel de bureau pour Nestlé Entre-deux-Villes (économat)

**Pour la Logistique**
- Réconciliations d’inventaires entre l’ERP Nestlé et des Systèmes tiers.
- Facturation des biens endommagés par nos prestataires
- Activités hebdomadaires de Sous-traitance

**Connaissances requises**:

- Langues : Bon niveau d'anglais
- Bonnes connaissances : MS Office, Excel en particulier
- Qualités : Esprit ouvert, esprit d'équipe, précis(e), structuré(e) dans son travail, orientation service, autonome, bonne gestion des priorités, proactivité

**Lieu de travail**:

- Entre-deux-Villes, La Tour-de-Peilz
