**Position Summary**
As a
** Junior Category and Commercial Development Manager** you will be the expert of the dough and pizza category for the Swiss market. You work in a cross-functional team to define and execute the commercial strategy for our Leisi and Buitoni brands.
**A day in the life of a Junior Category and Commercial Development Manager**
- Monitor and analyze shopper and channel data and translate them into action plans and recommendation for product assortment, promotional planning or pricing strategies.
- Develop and execute compelling category growth narrative for Retail Partners, including management of activity planning and review, development, execution and analysis of customer specific promotions
- Develop and deploy the selling stories for new product innovations and other commercial initiatives
- Accompany Key Account Manager to customer meetings as a category and channel expert
- Identify most relevant shopper touch points and ensure best in class execution at the POS
- Be the market data expert (Nielsen) and own the competitive monitoring
**What will make you successful**
- University degree or higher education
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing.
- Ability to act as a team player
- Knowledge of the Swiss retail landscape would be a plus
- Fluent in English and German, French is a plus.
