**Position Summary
As a **Junior Key Account Manager **, you will analyze customer and market performance, develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives for assigned customers.

**A Day in the Life of a Junior Key Account Manager
- Analyze customer and market performance and develop actions based on these insights
- Build complete customer plan to drive the overall business
- Execute plans for assigned accounts that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies
- Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning
- Collaborate with peer Customer Managers to share Customer best practices, liaise with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Field Sales and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives
- Be accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs
**What will make you successful
- At least 1 year of experience in Account Management or Business Development
- Category Development experience in consumer goods with distributor or retailer
- Result-oriented, resilient life-long learner with excellent communication skills
- Well organized, strong analytical skills
- Fluent in German (ideally Swiss German), French and English
