Die Division beschäftigt rund 200 Mitarbeitende aus 7 verschiedenen internationalen Standorten. Der Bereich Financial Technology ist für Netcetera erfolgskritisch und in einer spannenden Wachstumsphase.

Als Head of Sales Financial Technology arbeitest du mit deinem Team am nachhaltigen Wachstum unserer Kundenbasis und des Umsatzes im DACH-Markt. Der Head of Sales Financial Technology berichtet an den Managing Director der Division Financial Technology und ist Teil des Divisions-Leadership-Teams.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für den Vertrieb und das Wachstum der zur Division gehörenden Software-Produkte und Dienstleistungen
- Du bist für den Aufbau einer Vertriebsorganisation sowie der zugrunde liegenden Prozesse in der Division verantwortlich
- Du etablierst dich als Trusted Advisor für Key Accounts, Kunden-Stakeholder und C-Level, um Neukunden zu gewinnen und bestehende Accounts strategisch weiterzuentwickeln
- Du arbeitest in enger Abstimmung mit den Marketing-, Produkt
- und Projektteams, um unser Angebot anhand der Kundenbedürfnisse weiterzuentwickeln
- Du analysierst den Markt, erkennst Trends und nutzt diese gezielt für neue Vertriebschancen
- Du pflegst Partnerschaften in unserem Ecosystem und nutzt sie für die Neukundengewinnung

**Requirements**:
**Dein Profil**
- Du verfügst über langjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb und zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte «Hunter-Qualitäten» aus
- Du bringst ein umfassendes Netzwerk an Entscheidungsträgern im Finanzsektor der DACH-Region mit
- Du verstehst es, ein Team mit deiner offenen Persönlichkeit, deinem Humor und deiner «Can-do» -Einstellung aufzubauen und zu motivieren
- Deine Kreativität sowie deine Vision für technologische und wirtschaftliche Trends im Markt zeichnen dich aus
- Du überzeugst mit einem vertrauensbildenden Auftreten, Überzeugungskraft sowie ausgeprägten Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Fliessende und verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, Französisch ist ein Plus
