**Then you must be the right talent to join our team as **Marketing Operations Intern** **

The Marketing Operations Intern will support the Head of Marketing Operations to enable the Communication teams to work efficiently through planning, governance and deliveries. Our role is to ensure that everything from global processes to Communication activations is running smoothly to achieve our goals globally and with the markets. We cover the scope from planning and budgeting to execution and analysis. Our objective is to increase efficiency and build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing Communication strategy, KPI’s, best practices, budgeting, and reporting.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Analyzing and following-up of the A&P Budget
- Co-building best practices reporting with CRM and Retail departments
- Coordinating Activation packs to send to markets
- Analyzing post activations (coordination of activations cockpits)
- Coordinating and preparing Markops meetings: Bi-weekly with markets, minutes and follow-up of local activations
- Creating competitive activations benchmark
- Managing the monthly newsletter
- Managing administrative tasks (sharepoint, mailing lists updates)

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field
- You are able to adapt yourself to different stakeholders
- You are able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- You are client-oriented
- You are at ease with MS Office (strong command of Excel and PowerPoint is required)
- You have strong communication skills (both written and oral) in English. French is a strong asset
