**Dein Impact**:
Im 12-monatigen Praktikum bist du ein aktives Mitglied des Sales Operation Teams und unterstützt das Key Account Management und das Aussendienstteam mit:
- Operativer und administrativer Unterstützung, z.B.:
- Koordinierung des Aktionsprozesses
- Pflege von Kundenpreislisten und Kundenstammdaten
- Verantwortung für den Prozess der Rechnungsstellung / Budgetverwaltung
- Koordinierung interner und externer Meetings
- Du fungierst als direkte Schnittstelle zu den Kunden und erstellst und versendest Angebote, Artikelstammblätter usw., um eine reibungslose Durchführung von Produkt-Einführungen und Promotionen zu gewährleisten
- Erstellung von Verkaufsunterlagen
- Funktion als Bindeglied zwischen den verschiedenen Interessengruppen (hauptsächlich Marketing, Kundendienst, Finanzen und Stammdaten)
- Leitung kleinerer Projekte zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance-Anforderungen und Richtlinien im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich

**Ausbildung/Zertifikate**:

- **Studenten des letzten Jahres (BA & MA) & **Absolventen **(bis max. 1 Jahr nach Abschluss)**
- Bevorzugte Hochschulabschluss: Kaufmännisch, Marketing, Vertrieb oder andere

**Unsere Anforderungen an dich sind**:

- Erfahrung im Kundenservice, in der Logistik oder in der Vertriebsunterstützung
- Grundkenntnisse von Vertriebssystemen und -instrumenten (einschließlich SAP und MS Excel)
- Proaktive, zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Anfragen zu bearbeiten und Prioritäten richtig zu setzen, schnell zu reagieren und die Ruhe zu bewahren
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- **Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache ist zwingend erforderlich**
