Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead to spearhead the development of our new CRM platform. As a Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the project's technical direction, ensuring the delivery of a robust and scalable solution that meets the bank's strategic objectives. You will technically lead a team of.NET developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for the CRM implementation project, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals.
- Design and architect high-quality software solutions, incorporating.NET technologies, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Mentor and lead a team of.NET developers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define and refine project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage the technical project timeline, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the team to explore new technologies and approaches that can enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure the highest levels of system reliability, performance, and user satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in.NET technologies, with a strong background in software development and architecture.
- Expertise in C#.NET, Git, SQL Server 2019, and IIS.
- Strong understanding of Extreme Programming practices including TDD, Clean Code, and SOLID Principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, with a cooperative team mentality.
- Experience with SonarSource, xUnit / MoQ, and familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Golang and Pega is a plus
- Knowledge of SPA-type front-end frameworks (Angular, ReactJS) and concepts of architecture (Microservices, Monolith) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and assume significant technical responsibilities.
- Experience with Dapper / Entity Framework is a plus.
- Previous experience in financial services or CRM projects is a plus.
- Proficiency with French and English is required.
- Portuguese is a plus.
